双滑板挡渣出钢技术在迁钢的应用 被引量:6

Application of double slide slag stopping tapping technology in Qiansteel

摘要 介绍了双滑板挡渣技术的工作原理、结构、控制过程以及双滑板挡渣出钢技术在迁钢210t顶底复吹转炉上的应用情况,并以X65钢种为例,与原挡渣锥挡渣工艺进行了对比。结果表明,转炉出钢时间延长69s,挡渣成功率达99.9%,下渣检测指数降低323,钢包渣厚平均降低约18mm,钢水在LF炉精炼回磷量降低0.001 4%,硅、锰等合金收得率分别提高1.69%、1.25%;减少了出钢结束时钢渣散落烧坏电缆的发生次数,每座转炉由2次/月减少到1次/季;实现了提高钢水质量和降低成本的目的。 The working principle,structure,control process and application of double slide slag tapping technology in Qiansteel 210 ttop and bottom blowing converter were introduced.Taking X65 steel as an example,the double slide slag tapping technology was compared with the original slag cone slag retaining process.The comparison results showed that the converter tapping time was extended by 69 s,the success rate of slag stopping was 99.9%,the slag detection index decreased by 323,the average thickness of ladle slag decreased by about 18 mm,the phosphorus content in molten steel in LF refining decreased 0.001 4%,the silicon and manganese alloy yield were increased by 1.69% and 1.25%.The frequency of the burnt cable by the scattered steel slag during tapping,which was decreased from 2 times/month to 1 times/season for a converter.The purpose of improving the quality of steel and reducing cost was realized.
