摘要
基于现场拉速提高后中碳钢、低合金钢等铸坯表面产生裂纹缺陷,对非正弦振动系统及保护渣指标进行优化,优化后振动参数配合调整后的保护渣,随拉速波动变化平稳,振幅能够随着拉速相应调整,保护渣消耗量增加0.03~0.05kg/t,负滑脱时间稳定为0.18s,负滑动比率稳定在36%左右,铸坯脱模效果及表面质量明显提高。
According to the crack defects on the surface of medium carbon steel and low alloy steel after increasing casting speed,the non-sinusoidal vibration system and covering slag index were optimized.Cooperating with non-sinusoidal vibration parameter optimization and covering slag adjustment,the vibration parameters were stable with the fluctuation of the casting speed,and the amplitude can be adjusted accordingly with casting speed,the consumption of covering slag was increased by 0.03-0.05 kg/t,the negative slip time was stable in 0.18 s,the negative sliding ratio was stable at around 36%,the effect of casting mold release and the surface quality had been improved significantly.
