2018年7月中国甲乙丙类传染病疫情概要

Summary of National Data of Class A, B and C Communicable Diseases in China, July 2018

2018年7月（2018年7月1日0时至7月31日24时）,全国共报告法定传染病866 066例,死亡1 833例。其中,甲类传染病中霍乱、鼠疫无死亡报告。乙类传染病中传染性非典型肺炎、脊髓灰质炎、白喉、人感染H7N9禽流感和人感染高致病性禽流感无发病、死亡报告,其余21种传染病共报告发病321 266例,死亡1 828例。报告发病数居前5位的病种依次为病毒性肝炎、肺结核、梅毒、痢疾以及淋病,占乙类传染病报告病例总数的93％。

In July 2018 （from 0：00, 1 July to 24：00, 31 July）, a total of 866 066 cases of notifiable communicable diseases were reported in China, including 1 833 deaths. No cases and deaths of cholera and plague in class A were reported. No cases and deaths of severe acute respiratory syndrome, poliomyelitis, diphtheria and human infections with avian influenza A （H7N9） virus or highly pathogenic avian influenza virus in class B were reported. For the remaining 21 commtmicable diseases in class B, 321 266 cases were reported, including 1 828 deaths. The first 5 diseases in terms of reported case number were viral hepatitis, pulmonary tuberculosis, syphilis, dysentery and gonorrhea, accounting for 93% of the total reported cases in class B.
