学生的社会能力相比专业能力更受用人单位看重,高职院校应关注学生社会能力培养。社会能力培养与合作学习都需要协调人际关系,有效的合作学习可以培养学生的社会能力。基于合作学习的社会能力培养策略包括:合作学习目标设计、合作学习小组建设、合作学习交互平台建设、合作学习任务设计、合作学习成果展示设计和合作学习评价设计。
