摘要
学生的社会能力相比专业能力更受用人单位看重,高职院校应关注学生社会能力培养。社会能力培养与合作学习都需要协调人际关系,有效的合作学习可以培养学生的社会能力。基于合作学习的社会能力培养策略包括:合作学习目标设计、合作学习小组建设、合作学习交互平台建设、合作学习任务设计、合作学习成果展示设计和合作学习评价设计。
The social ability of students is more important than the professional ability to employers. Higher vocational colleges should pay attention to the cultivation of students' social ability. Social ability cultivation and cooperative learning both need to coordinate interpersonal relationships, and effective cooperative learning can cultivate students'social ability. The strategy of cultivating social ability based on cooperative learning includes cooperative learning goal design, cooperative learning group construction, cooperative learning interactive platform construction, cooperative learning task design, cooperative learning achievement display design and cooperative learning evaluation design.
