基于双创教育的计算机专业人才培养模式研究

Research on the Training Mode of Computer Professionals Based on Double Creation Education

创新创业型人才培养是建设创新型国家的客观需要,概述双创型人才培养内涵,分析目前计算机类专业双创型人才培养现状,提出一种新的双创型人才培养模式,从人才培养方案重构、实践教学体系构建、项目引导、结合竞赛、校企合作多平台构建等方面全面开展双创型教学改革。实践表明,该模式有利于创业素质提升与人才培养。

The cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents is the objective need of building an innovative countiT. Sketches the connotation of double innovative talents training and analyzes the current situation of training double talents in computer science, thus proposes a new mode. The reconstruction of talent cultivation plan, the construction of practical teaching system and multi-platform for school-enterprise cooperation, project guidance and the combination of competitions are involved in the innovation. The practice shows that this mode is con- ducive to the improvement of entrepreneurial quality and talent training.
