在二自由度云台的运行过程中,云台控制系统与上位机之间的实时参数通信是保证云台稳定旋转和精确定位的重要环节。为了实时监控云台的运动,设计一种基于MATLAB图形用户界面(GUI)的云台控制状态参数监控系统。该系统以TMS320F28069为核心处理模块,使用MATLAB GUI平台进行监控界面设计,通过MATLAB串口工具箱,以Modbus通信协议向云台控制器发送控制指令,同时接收控制器反馈回来的数据信息,并在界面的图像显示中加入滤波算法。实验结果表明,该系统可以实现对云台位置、转速以及对控制系统的电流、电压、温度等的实时监控,且监控图像准确可靠。

During the operation of the two-degree-of-freedom pan/tilt, the real-time parameter communication between the PTZ control system and the host computer is an important link to ensure stable rotation and precise positioning of the gimbal. In order to monitor the motion of the PTZ in real time, designs a PTZ control state parameter monitoring system based on the MATLAB graphical user interface （GUI）. The sys- tem uses TMS320F28069 as the core processing module, and uses the MATLAB GUI platfoml to design the monitoring interface. Through the MATLAB serial toolbox, the control command is sent to the PTZ controller through the Modbus communication protocol, and the data in- formation fed back by the controller is received. A filtering algorithm is added to the image display of the interface. The experimental re- sults show that the system can realize real-time monitoring of the position, rotation speed and euri＇ent, voltage and temperature of the con- trol system, and the monitoring image is accurate and reliable.
