随着社会的不断进步与发展企业需要的人才越来越多,而作为承担着培养、生产、管理专项技术型人才的高职教育的地位就显得尤为重要。高职教育不仅仅包含着职业技能还包含着职业素养,对社会和国家的发展有着极其重要的作用。在提高高职院校的办学质量的同时也要加强对学生的"工匠精神"的培养,为社会与国家培养更多的人才与精英。

With the continuous progress and development of society,more and more talents are needed by enterprises,and the status of higher vocational education as a special technology talents who undertake training,production and management is particularly important. Higher vocational education includes not only professional skills but also professional quality,which plays an extremely important role in the development of society and the country. When improving the quality of higher education institutions,students＂Craftsmanship Spirit＂should be also strengthened,so as to cultivate more talents and elites for our society and country.
