摘要
文章从初次就业率、就业结构和就业地域分布等方面对2017届陕西高校新疆少数民族毕业生初次就业数据进行统计分析,探究就业现状反映出来的突出问题,提出对策和建议。统计发现,目前内地高校新疆少数民族毕业生就业率依然较低,存在就业行业、地域偏好明显等问题。文章从少数民族毕业生竞争力、就业观念和就业体系等方面分析了其中存在的问题,从政府、学校、毕业生、企业和社会等方面提出了解决对策和建议。
The article analyzes the data of 2017 Xinjiang ethnic minority graduates of the Shaanxi province from first rate of employment,employment structure,geographically distributed employment etc.,explores the question reflected in the employment status,and then gives the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. According to the statistics,the problem of Xinjiang ethnic minority graduates in mainland colleges and universities,higher rates of unemployment and the evident preference of the industry and the districts,which analyzed from the respective of competitiveness,employment viewpoints,employment system,etc. and put forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of government,universities,graduates,employers,society etc.
