"一带一路"倡议是对古丝绸之路的传承和提升。创新离不开知识产权保护,随着知识产权与经济发展的深度融合,知识产权已成为激励创新、支撑经济发展新常态的一个关键因素。面对新形势新要求,高校知识产权教育要紧紧围绕国家"一带一路"倡议,树立国际化办学理念,结合自身办学特色,找准适合"一带一路"倡议发展的契合点和着力点。

The＂Belt and Road＂Initiative is the inheritance and promotion of the ancient Silk Road. Innovation is inseparable from the protection of intellectual property rights. With the deep integration of intellectual property and economic development,intellectual property has become a key factor to encourage innovation and support the new normality of economic development.Facing the new situation and new requirements,the intellectual property education in colleges and universities should focus on the national the＂Belt and Road＂Initiative,establish the concept of education internationalization,combined with its own characteristics,find the proper coherence and strength point for the development of the ＂Belt and Road＂Initiative.
