本文通过分析美术学院基层党建工作中实际存在的问题,引入导师制的党组织建设创新模式,讲述了导师制支部共建的具体开展情况。旨在有目的地加强师生党员的党性修养,提高师生党员的思想政治素质和马克思主义理论水平,加强党员的先锋模范和战斗堡垒作用,强化教工党支部对学生党支部的引导,全面加强支部的组织建设工作,丰富支部生活。

By analyzing the problems existing in the work of grass-roots party construction at the College of Fine Arts,this article introduces the tutorial system of party organization construction innovation and tells the concrete implementation of the tutorial system branch construction. It is aimed at strengthening the Party members＇ accomplishment of teachers and students in a targeted way,improving the ideological and political qualities of teachers and students and the theoretical level of Marxism,strengthening the vanguard and fighting fortress of Party members,and strengthening the guidance of the staff party branch to the student party branch,so as to enhance the organizational and constructional work and enrich the life of party branches.
