In the past 20 years, the central govermnent has fully implemented the policy of high autonomy and promoted the process of democratization in Hong Kong, vigorously supported the economic development of Hong Kong, and promoted the development of regional education, health and security, and integrated the culture of two places with the heart to enhance the cohesion of the nation.
