目前办公技能已经成为学生就业的基础能力之一,高职院校办公高级技能课程的开设在提高学生计算机技能方面具有重要作用。高职院校应当优化网络教学平台的整体设计,整合现有教学资源,注重体现学生的主体地位,不断丰富教学手段,并完善教学评价体系,落实职业资格证书制度,从而增强学生的就业能力,帮助学生做好充分的就业准备。

At present,office skills have become one of the basic abilities for students＇ employment. The opening of higher vocational skill courses in vocational colleges plays an important role in improving students＇ computer skills. Higher vocational colleges should optimize the overall design of the online teaching platform,integrate existing teaching resources,focus on embodying the students＇ dominant position,constantly enrich teaching methods,and improve the teaching evaluation system,and implement the vocational qualification certificate system,so as to enhance students＇ employability and help students fully prepare for employment.
