面向关键能力培养的高职《兽药与饲料营销》课程教学改革探索

摘要 随着全球科技、能源、经济等领域的飞速发展,企业竞争日益加剧,企业营销行为也更为复杂,《兽药与饲料营销》课程现有教学模式已滞后于时代发展,开展教学改革,旨在适应这种变化,培养学生的关键能力:批判性思维能力、问题解决能力、沟通与合作能力、知识迁移能力和创新能力等,其教学效果会影响学生未来的就业和择业。本文基于"问题导向式"教学法、"合作学习"理论、随机通达式教学策略和"思维导图"笔记法,通过"交流观察、组织活动、切换场景和加强反馈"等措施,了解学生基本情况,激发学生学习兴趣,聚焦课程核心理论,训练学生关键能力,以期为高职院校同类课程的教学改革提供参考。 With the rapid development of global science,technology,energy and economy,the competition of enterprises is increasing and the marketing behavior of enterprises is more complex. The existing teaching mode of veterinary medicine and feed marketing course has lagged behind the development of the times,and the teaching reform is carried out to adapt to this kind of transformation and cultivate the key ability of students: critical thinking ability,problem solving ability,communication and cooperation ability,knowledge transfer ability and innovation ability and so on,the teaching effect of which will affect the students' future employment and career choice. This paper,based on the"problem oriented"teaching method,the"cooperative learning"theory,the random access teaching strategy and the"thinking map"note taking,through"exchanging observation,organizing activities,switching scenes and strengthening feedback"and other measures,understands the basic situation of students,stimulates students to learn interest,focuses on the core theory of curriculum to train students' key ability,so as to provide reference for teaching reform of similar courses in higher vocational colleges.
