华建民，号砂立，紫砂艺术家，工艺美术设计师，1980年起从事紫砂创作设计，1986年进修于中央工艺美术学院，1990年创办华氏艺陶创作室，2000年创建“华氏”纯正紫砂品牌并注册，成为紫砂行业中的佼佼者。
