大宋景祜元年（公元1034年）单戍科状元，乃淄川（今属山东淄博）人氏张唐卿。在唐宋两朝，山东考生的成绩真是太出色了，状元接二连三地拿，给家乡父老争足了面子。
The Zhuangyuan, the number one scholar, in the first year of the reign of the emperor Jingyou in the Song Dynasty （1034 A.D.）, was from Zichuang （today＇s Zibo in Shandong province）. In the Tang and Song Dynasties, many Zhuangyuan were from Shandong who really excelled and brought great honor to their hometown.
