润光养生美容酒亚急性毒性研究

Subacute Toxicity of the Runguang Health Preservation and Beauty Wine

目的研究润光养生美容酒的亚急性毒性。方法以高(45%Vol)、中(22.5%Vol)、低(11.25%Vol) 3个剂量的润光养生美容酒对大鼠连续灌胃30 d,观察大鼠的体质量、体长、食物利用率、血液学、血液生化学、脏器指数及组织病理学变化。结果润光养生美容酒经30 d喂养试验后,大鼠一般生理体征、行为、大小便、皮毛等均无异常;体质量和饮食指标正常;对大鼠体长无明显影响;脏器重量、脏/体比值指标正常;血液学和血液生化学指标均正常;肝、肾、肾上腺、脑、脾、胃、十二指肠、睾丸、附睾、卵巢和子宫等器官的大体检查均未见异常。肾、肾上腺、脑、脾、胃、十二指肠、睾丸、附睾、卵巢和子宫等器官组织病理学检查均未见异常。润光养生美容酒高剂量(45%Vol)组大鼠肝脏病理学检查未见与受试物有关的病理学改变。结论润光养生美容酒经大鼠30 d喂养后未见与受试物相关的亚急性毒性反应。

OBJECTIVE To study subacute toxicity of Runguang health preservation and beauty wine. METHODS The rats were continuously gavaged for 30 days with high（ 45% Vol）,moderate（ 22.5% Vol） and low（ 11.25% Vol） dose of Runguang health preservation and beauty wine to observe the changes of their body weight,body length,food utilization,hematology,blood biochemistry,organ index and histopathology. RESULTS After 30 days feeding of Runguang health preservation and beauty wine,the general physiological signs,behaviors,urination and defecation,skin-hair and so on of rats were all normal. The body weight and diet index were normal. There was no significant effect on the body length of rats. The weight of organs and viscera/body ratio were normal. The hematology and blood biochemical indexes were normal. And the gross examination of liver,kidney,adrenal gland,brain,spleen,stomach,duodenum,testis,epididymis,ovary and uterus were all normal. Pathological examination of kidney,adrenal gland,brain,spleen,stomach,duodenum,testis,epididymis,ovary and uterus showed no abnormalities. Liver pathological examination about rats of high dose（ 45% Vol） group of Runguang health preservation and beauty wine showed no pathological changes associated with the test substance. CONCLUSION After 30 days feeding of Runguang health preservation and beauty wine,no subacute toxicity is found associated with the subjects in rats.
