摘要
以美国《英语作为一门新语言的教学标准》和英国《教师专业标准——为什么在你的职业上止步不前?》及《给学校、教师、校长和当地政府的指南》为切入点,从教师的专业能力、教学能力和合作能力三方面剖析了英美两国卓越教师的卓越取向。从教师的反思与评价能力、搭建学校-家庭-社区合作平台能力、专业领导与合作能力三方面为我国培养英语卓越教师提出了建议。
This article takes three books, English as a New Language Teaching Standard, Teacher Professional Standards - Why Your Occupation Cease to Advance? and The Guidelines for Schools, Teachers, Principals, and Local Governments as the references to analyzes the orientation of excellent teachers in Britain and the United States from the teacher's professional ability, teaching ability and cooperation ability. It puts forward suggestions for the cultivation of English excellent teachers in China from three ability of teachers' reflection and evaluation,building school-family-community cooperation platform and professional leadership and cooperation.
