摘要
本文通过仿真软件Flex Term平台,以青岛自动化集装箱码头为研究对象,建立了仿真建模,得出了仿真统计数据及分析结论。并以岸边集装箱装卸桥、LAGV、堆场条数为主要研究对象进行了仿真实验,从码头通过能力、设备利用率、设备等待时间、堆场堆存量、排队长度等多个技术指标评估并优化装卸工艺系统布置方案。
The simulation modeling of Qingdao automated container terminal has been established by the simulation software of FlexTerm platform, which leads to the simulation statistic data and analysis results. The simulation experiments are carried out for such research objects as quay container crane, LAGV and the operating lines of container yard. The layout strategy of handling technology system is evaluated and optimized on the basis of such technical indicators as terminal traffic capacity, equipment utilization ratio, equipment waiting time, yard capacity and queue length.
