高速公路改扩建工程交通组织对施工过程和交通运输都具有实际意义.从交通组织原则出发,具体对施工进度、改扩建应该遵循的原则等进行了分析总结;并对高速公路改扩建单侧和双侧交通组织方案进行详细介绍,给出了计算施工段车速、客流密度以及客流饱和度等方法;最后通过工程实例对施工期分流方案、通行能力计算和方案评价进行分析.结果表明:该高速公路改扩建工程施工期交通运行状况一般或较差.

The traffic organization of highway reconstruction and expansion project has a good practical significance for the construction process and transportation. Starting with the introduction of the principle of traffic organization, in this paper, concrete analysis and summarization are made for the construction schedule and theprinciples that should be followed for reconstruction and expansion. A detailed introduction of the unilateral andbilateral traffic organization plans is given for the reconstruction and expansion of expressways, and the calculation and construction are given, as well, including segment speed, passenger flow density, passenger flow saturation, etc. Finally, an engineering example is used to analyze the diversion scheme, capacity calculation and program evaluation during the construction period. The results show that the traffic operation condition of the highwayreconstruction project during the construction period is average or poor.
