摘要
调查高校实验教辅人员队伍现状,发现药学类高校实验教辅人员对岗位认同感普遍偏低,对目前绩效激励考核满意度也较低。其原因在于高校对实验教辅人员激励考核方式与方法存在问题。为了提升药学类高校教辅激励水平,基于"委托-代理"的理论构建模型,探讨高校及教辅人员共同价值最大化的激励机制,发挥教辅人员的主动性和积极性,提高药学生的实践技能。
By investigating the cmTent situation of college experimental teaching assistants, auxiliaPy teaching staff in phammceutical colleges and universities are generally found to have low recognition of jobs and poor satisfaction to the cmTent peffommnce incentive assessment. The main reason might be the problems in the evaluating procedures and methods of colleges and universities to stimulate the auxiliarey teaching staff. In order to stimulate the auxiliary teaching staff in phammceutical colleges and universities, the theoretical model based on " delegation-agent" is proposed which might be used to maximize the common values between auxiliarey teaching staff and universities, improve the initiative and enthusiasm of them, and promote the education and development of phammceutical talents.
