摘要
在药物化学课程教学中尝试讨论式教学法,将讲授内容分成四个单元,每个单元设置一次讨论课,讨论课题注重科学性、前沿性和趣味性。采用学生自学、小组或团队式学习、课堂讨论相结合的教学形式。该教学形式增强了学生对课程学习的热情和主动性;培养了学生的自学能力、查阅和综述文献能力、分析问题和解决问题能力、语言表达能力和团结协作能力;拓展了学生的知识面,加深了对本学科热点问题和前沿领域的了解。在相应的实验教学中也加入讨论课内容,采用讨论式、开放式教学方法,由学生自行设计合成路线,完成目标药物分子的合成,为培养研究型人才打下基础。
In the course teaching of Phamlaceutical Chemiswy, the discussion-based teaching method is attempted,and the teaching contents are divided into four units. Each unit sets a discussion topic for dis- cussion, paying attention to science, frontier and interests. It adopts the teaching form of combining students' self-study,group learning and class discussion. This teaching foml strengthens students' enthusi- asm and initiatives to the course learning. It has cultivated students' self-learning ability, literature searching and reading ability, problem analysis and problem solving abilities, language expression ability and teamwork ability. It expands students' knowledge and deepens their understanding of the hot issues and frontier atlas of the subject. Discussion courses are also included in the COtTesponding practical teaching, which adopts discussion and open teaching methods to let students design synthetic route and complete the synthesis of target drug molecules by themselves. It lays a foundation for cultivating research talents.
