大学生成长成才教育课程从高校辅导员日常思想政治教育角度出发,以学校思想政治教育理论课为标杆,分层、分类将大学生不同时间阶段、时间境遇面临的问题设置成不同专题,开设思想引领、学习指导、感恩教育、安全教育、行为养成等专题课程,贯穿大学生求学生涯全过程。通过课程体系的构建与实施,与思想政治理论课程形成协同效应,使辅导员的日常思想政治教育工作课程化、体系化、规范化,提升思想政治教育质量。

From the perspective of the daily ideological and political education of college counselors,the college graduate growth education curriculum takes the school＇s ideological and political education theory class as the benchmark. The hierarchical classification sets the problems faced by college students in different time periods and time situations into different topics,and provides thought leadership and learning. Special courses such as guidance,thanksgiving education,safety education,behavior development,etc.,run through the entire process of college students＇ career. Through the construction and implementation of the curriculum system,it forms a synergistic effect with the ideological and political theory curriculum,which enables the instructor＇s daily ideological and political education to be curriculumized,systematized and standardized,and to improve the quality of ideological and political education.
