“曾留守”大学生心理健康发展现状调查与研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:了解高校"曾留守"大学生群体心理健康发展水平,针对其心理发展现状及存在问题提出解决策略。方法和工具:运用SCL-90症状自评量表,连续两年对某高校新生进行心理普查。利用SPSS22. 0进行数据统计和分析。结论:(1)"曾留守"大学生比例已经占到高校学生总数的40%以上,心理问题异常检出率达到18%以上;(2)"曾留守"大学生群体与非"曾留守"大学生心理健康水平差异显著;(3)"曾留守"大学生群体内部因性别、生源地、家庭经济、结构状态的不同,在SCL-90症状因子得分表现出差异。说明"曾留守"俨然成为高校学生群体的重要组成部分,其心理健康水平堪忧。破解"曾留守"大学生心理健康教育困境,需要从社会、家庭、高校、个体等五个层面整合资源,形成教育合力,有的放矢。 Objective: to know the level of mental health development of college students in college,and to propose solutions according to their psychological development status and existing problems. Methods and tools: the SCL-90 Self-reporting Inventory was used to conduct a psychological survey of freshmen in a university in two consecutive years. Spss22. 0 statistical software was used for the data statistics and analysis. Conclusions:(1) the proportion of left-behind students has already accounted for more than 40% of the total number of college students,and the abnormal detection rate of psychological problems is more than 18%;(2)there were significant differences in the mental health of left-behind college students and non-left-behind college students;(3)there was a difference in the scores of SCL-90 symptom factors,because of the differences in gender,origin,family economy and structural state of the left-behind college students. It shows that it has become an important part of college students' group,and its mental health level is worrying. It is necessary to integrate resources from the social,family,university and individual level to form the synergy of education.
