新形势下高校共青团意识形态工作的几点思考

Some Thoughts on Ideological Work of the Communist Youth League in Colleges and Universities under the New Situation

共青团既是意识形态工作的建设者,也是意识形态渗透工作的防卫者和具体实践者。共青团的意识形态工作具有十分紧迫的具体任务,也是一项长期性的战略任务,要确保党和国家的事业后继有人,并且能够顺利实现中华民族伟大复兴的"中国梦"的战略高度。本文从确立意识形态工作领导小组,把握正确导向;根据意识形态工作实施细则,统筹协调,落实到位;强化共青团的组织建设,增强自身免疫力;强化共青团宣传阵地建设,形成新媒体宣传矩阵;创新共青团意识形态工作,开拓新思路和新方法五方面,对此问题展开论述。

The Communist Youth League is not only the constructor of ideological work,but also the defender and concrete practitioner of ideological infiltration. The ideological work of the Communist Youth League has a very urgent specific task and is also a long-term strategic task. It is necessary to ensure that the cause of the party and the state is followed by others and can smoothly realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation＇s strategic-height ＂Chinese Dream＂. This article discusses this problem from five aspects：establish ideological work leading group and grasp the correct orientation;enforce,coordinate and implement the detailed rules according to the ideological work;strengthen the organization and construction of the Communist Youth League and its immunity;strengthen the construction of the propaganda position of the Communist Youth League,forming the new media propaganda matrix;innovate the ideological work of the Communist Youth League,opening up new ideas and methods.
