跟进式教育:提升大学生思想政治教育质量的有效途径

The Follow-up Education: an Effective Way to Improve the Quality of Ideological and Political Education of College Students

落实立德树人根本任务,将思想政治教育融入教育教学全过程,是对我国高校思想政治教育质量提出的新要求。面对新时代高校思想政治教育面临的国际国内严峻形势,以及大学生自身成才的切实需要,大学生思想政治教育质量亟待提升。为此,常州大学以马克思实践交往理论为基本遵循,在实践探索的基础上提出"跟进式教育"理念,构建集教育、教学、管理、服务、活动"五位一体"的育人体系,不断探索思想政治教育新思维、新方法,推进大学生思想政治教育质量有效提升。

It is a new requirement for the quality of education in colleges and universities in China to implement the fundamental task of cultivating moral characters and integrate education into the whole process of education teaching. In the face of the severe international and domestic situation faced by education in the new era,as well as the real need of college students to become talents themselves,the quality of education in college students＇ ideological and political science needs to be improved urgently. Therefore,on the basis of the practice,Changzhou University,taking Marx＇s communication theory as the basic follow,puts forward the＂follow-up type education＂concept,builds a collection of education,teaching,management,services and activities of the＂five one＂cultivation system,constantly explores new thinking,new methods of ideological and political education,and promotes the quality of college students＇ ideological and political education effectively.
