基层党员干部理想信念教育方法创新研究

中国共产党基层党员干部的理想信念是否坚定与我国社会主义事业未来的发展存在着息息相关的联系,对基层党员干部开展理想信念教育是当下时代所需。基于新时代的背景下,我们会面临新知识,新形势,新观念,基层党员干部的理想信念教育就有需要解决的新问题。本文从丰富理想信念教育内容、落实基层党员干部素质教育出发,提出发挥大众传媒作用;拓展理想信念教育途径、责任、激励与评估机制相结合;完善理想信念教育保障等方面对创新党员干部理念信念教育进行深入探讨,以供借鉴。

Whether the ideals and beliefs of the Party cadres at the grass-root level of the Communist Party of China are firmly is closely related to the future development of our socialist cause. It is necessary to carry out the ideal and belief education for the Party members and cadres at the grass-root level. Based on the background of the new era,as we will face new knowledge,new situation,new ideas,there are new problems to be solved for the ideal and belief education of Party members and cadres at the grass-root level. Based on the content of ideal and belief education and the implementation of the quality education of Party cadres at the grass-root level,this paper proposes to play the role of mass media,to expand the way of ideal and belief education,to combine the responsibility,the incentive and evaluation mechanism,to perfect the educational guarantee of the ideals and beliefs,and to provide an in-depth discussion on the concept of ideal and belief education of the cadres of the Party members for reference.
