转型背景下大学英语应用型人才培养模式研究

Study on the Mode of Training Applied Talents in College English under the Background of Social Transformation

在当前社会转型背景下,构建大学英语应用型人才培养模式,不仅是高等教育发展趋势的基本需求,同时也是全球经济发展的根本需要。对此,本文基于转型背景,根据对大学英语培养应用型人才必要性的分析,通过科学设置课程内容、建立学科评价体系、加强语言实践活动、提高师资团队素养四个维度,提出了大学英语应用型人才培养模式的有效构建路径。旨在能够确保大学英语教学更好地顺应社会转型形势,促进其教学的深入改革与创新,切实提高广大学生的英语综合应用能力,为他们日后的职业生涯发展奠定坚实基础。

Under the background of the current social transformation,the construction of a college English applied talent training model is not only the basic demand for the development trend of higher education,but also the fundamental need for global economic development. Through the four dimensions of scientifically setting course content,establishing a subject evaluation system,strengthening language practice activities,and improving teacher＇s team accomplishment,this paper puts forward an effective construction path for college English applied talents training mode. The aim is to ensure that college English teaching is better conformed to the social transformation situation,promote the in-depth reform and innovation of its teaching,improve students＇ comprehensive ability of English application and lay a solid foundation for their future career development.
