Extracurricular study is an important part of teaching. The development of extracurricular translation learning and practical activities in college English is a useful supplement to classroom translation teaching. Under the guidance of Distributed Cognition,this paper introduces the ways of applying mobile-learning to extracurricular translation learning in college English.
