通过分析综采工作面供液与回液高压胶管受压破断伤人事件,研究高压胶管制作工艺与防崩脱技术的应用与发展,提出一种由破断式保险绳、制动弹簧、绳扣式捕捉套构成的防崩脱装置为主的防崩脱技术。该技术将传统刚性被动防崩技术优化为柔性主动捕捉防崩技术,提高了防崩效果与安全性能,避免了高压胶管受压破断伤人事故的发生,现场使用效果良好。
