摘要 针对王家塔煤矿的煤炭资源和生产现状,为保证矿井煤质稳定,结合矿井现状,从技术和管理两方面出发,采用现场管理和技术手段相结合方法,实现矿井的"产—运—销"有机联动。该方法能及时发现问题,快速解决问题,达到"保煤质,促销售,带发展"的效果,从而改变传统的粗放型煤质管理办法,实现精细化煤质管理。实践证明,精细化煤质管理的方法,能将煤质波动控制在418. 6 J/g以内,达到了预期效果。 In the light of the coal resources and current production condition of Wang Jiata Coal Mine,in order to ensure the stability of coal quality,combined with mine current situation,from the aspects of technology and management,the combination of field management and technical means is adopted to achieve the mine "production-transport-marketing" organic linkage.This method can timely find problems and solve the problem quickly,to achieve the "coal quality,promote sales,with the development" effect,so as to completely change the traditional extensive coal quality management methods to achieve refined coal quality management.It has been proved that the method of fine coal management can control the coal quality fluctuation within 418.6 J/g and achieve the desired effect.
