摘要
介绍了拜城县众泰煤焦化180万t选煤厂脱水系统存在的工艺与设备问题,分析了进行脱水系统改造的必要性和可行性。通过改造,粗精煤泥脱水设备由浓缩分级旋流器+煤泥回收筛改为浓缩分级旋流器组+振动弧形筛+煤泥离心机,即控制了分级粒度,保证浮选入料粒度上限,同时利用煤泥离心机进行把关,保证了粗精煤泥水分。通过对煤泥水系统的工艺改造,加大了脱水系统设备处理能力,降低了最终产品水分。
This paper introduced the Baicheng County Zhongtai coal coking coal preparation plant of 1.8 million tons of dehydration system,the problems of technology and equipment,analyzes the necessity and feasibility of reforming in dehydration system.Through renovation,essence of coarse coal slime dewatering equipment by enrichment grading cyclone+slime recovery screen instead of enrichment grading cyclone group+vibration sieve bend+coal slime centrifuge,which controlled the grading granularity amd guaranteed the flotation into the partical limit.At the same time,by using the coal slime centrifuge for checks,which ensured the coarse fine slime water.To reform the process of slime water system,increased the handling capacity of dehydration system equipment and reduced the final product moisture.
