摘要 阀芯上阀肩与阀体之间的配合,阀芯上节流槽、均压槽的设计等直接影响整个阀的使用性能和阀的使用寿命。研究对象为矿用装岩机机械液压系统整体式多路换向阀中回转联滑阀阀芯的结构。剖解整体式多路换向阀阀芯的结构,对阀芯节流口的面积进行数学分析,并利用减小阀芯所受径向力的方法对阀芯结构、节流槽、均压槽进行研究。重点研究阀杆上的节流槽、均压槽等阀杆的微小结构对阀使用性能的影响。研究对阀杆的设计具有重要的参考价值。 The matching of the valve shoulder and valve body on the spool,the design of the upper flow grooves and the equalizing groove of the spool directly affect the performance of the whole valve and the service life of the valve.The object of this paper is the structure of the rotary spool valve of the integral multiway reversing valve for the mechanical hydraulic system of the rock loader.The structure of the valve core of the integral multiple direction valve is dissected,the method of mathematical analysis on the area of the throttle of the valve core and reducing the radial force of the valve core will be used to study the valve core structure,throttle slot and pressure sharing groove.The main purpose is to study the influence of the small structure of the valve stem on the stem,such as the throttling slot and the equalizing groove.It has important reference value for the design of the stem.
