摘要
为优化开拓开采布局、提高资源采出率,陈四楼煤矿试验了切顶卸压留巷技术。支护方法采用分阶段分区域,补打恒阻锚索(梁),在工作面回采前,进一步提高支护的强度,运用双向聚能拉伸成型爆破技术进行预裂切顶。分析矿压数据可知,采用该技术后,后巷巷道宽度为3. 5~3. 8 m,巷道高度为2. 0~2. 7 m,留巷效果较好。
In order to optimize the development layout and improve the rate of resource recovery,Chensilou Coal Mine has tested the technology of roof cutting and pressure releasing and retaining roadway.The supporting method is divided into two stages,which is to make up the constant resistance anchorage cable(beam),and to further improve the strength of the support before the working face is recovered,the blasting technology of bidirectional concentrated stretch forming is used to cut the top of the roof.The analysis of the ore pressure data shows that the width of the roadway in the back lane is between 3.5-3.8 m and the height of the roadway is 2.0-2.7 m,the effect of lane retention is better.
