摘要
煤矿软岩问题一直是困扰煤矿生产和建设的重大难题之一,尤其是三软煤层地质条件下煤炭开采,巷道围岩矿压大,巷道变形快,底鼓严重。巷道围岩的突出特征是围岩由非均质层状岩体组成,围岩变形不协调而容易离层和失稳,表现为巷道变形破坏明显。河南省偃龙地区三软煤层地质条件下,综采工作面回风巷、运输巷煤巷变形的有效控制,一直是个技术难题。论述了目前传统的三软煤层地质条件下留设大煤柱掘进的煤巷,维护的现状及存在的问题。以嵩山煤矿二二采区2203综采工作面回风巷4号段为例,结合现场实际情况,将沿空掘巷技术应用到该段煤巷掘进中,着重分析了沿空掘巷技术在三"软"煤层条件下煤巷掘进中的适用性。实践表明,在三软煤层地质条件下,沿空掘巷技术适用性强,相较于留设大煤柱掘进的煤巷,沿空掘进的煤巷巷道变形慢,得到了有效的控制,大大减少了返修量,具有很大的经济效益和社会效益。
The problem of soft rock in coal mines has always been one of the major problems puzzling coal production and construction,especially under the condition of "Three Soft" coal seam under the geological conditions,the rock pressure of the roadway surrounding rock is large,the deformation of the roadway is fast,and the floor heave is serious.The prominent feature of the surrounding rock is that the surrounding rock is composed of heterogeneous layered rock mass,and the deformation of the surrounding rock is uncoordinated and easy to be separated and unstable,which is manifested in the obvious deformation and failure of the roadway.Under the geological condition of "Three Soft" coal seam in Yanlong Area of Henan Province,the effective control of the deformation of the roadway along the upper and lower sides of the fully-mechanized working face has always been a technical problem.This paper discusses the current situation and existing problems of maintaining coal roadway with large pillar driving under the traditional "Three Soft" coal seam geological conditions.Taking the No.4 section of the 2203 fully-mechanized coal mining face in 22 mining area of Songshan Coal Mine as an example,combining with the actual situation in the field,the technology of gob roadway driving is applied to the coal roadway driving in this section,and the applicability of the roadway driving along the "Three Soft" coal seam under the condition of "Three Soft" coal seam is emphatically analyzed.The practice shows that under the geological conditions of "Three Soft" coal seam,the technique of driving along the goaf is very applicable.Compared to the coal roadway with large coal pillar,the roadway along the empty coal roadway has a slow deformation,which has been effectively controlled,greatly reducing the rework amount,and has great economic and social benefits.
