浅析高校学籍档案信息化管理

A Brief Analysis on Informative Management of University Students′ Status Management

高校学籍档案是反映学生在校期间的各项学习经历,对以后的发展都具有十分重要的意义。现阶段我国高校学籍档案信息管理存在着管理制度不完善、学籍档案内容不完善、设施设备落后、综合业务水平低等问题,影响了学籍档案数字化工作的水平和进程。本文分析了加强高校学籍档案信息化的方法,对快学籍档案的数字化建设做出有益探索。

The School Roll Archives reflect the students′learning experience during the school period,which proved great significance to the future development.At present phase,problems of imperfectness in managing system and archive content,facilities and equipment as well as poor comprehensive managing levels exists in China′s colleges and universities.Colleges and universities should take necessary measures to speed up the digital construction of school roll archives.
