A Brief Exploration on Significance of the Communist Party of China′s Amendment to Constitution

中华人民共和国成立以来,先后制订颁布4部宪法,并对现行的"八二宪法"进行了5次修正。在历次宪法修改中,中国共产党发挥了积极的主导作用,生动体现了坚持党的领导、人民当家做主与依法治国的有机统一。本文试图从历史角度分析党领导推动宪法修改工作的经验与教训,阐述党对宪法修改工作领导的合法性与必要性,探索党加强和改进宪法修改工作领导的努力方向。

Since the founding of the People′s Republic of China,we have issued 4 constitutions and executed 5 amendment on the current′82 Constitution′.In each amendment,the Communist Party of China played a leading and positive role and vividly embarked organic union of insisting the Party′s leadership,people′s in power,promoting the rule of law.The essay intended to analyze experience and lessons on the historic point of the Party′s leadership in promoting constitution′s amendment,stated legality and necessities of the Party′s leading position in constitution amendment and explored the Party′s orientation in enhancement and improvement on constitution amendment.
