摘要
少数民族大学生在心理与行为上对以汉文化为主的校园文化,出现不同程度的文化适应障碍。大学生文化适应障碍既是对母体文化主动性远离,又是对主流文化的内隐性排斥。文化适应障碍起源于大学生认知图式冲突,以大学生自我选择为内在动力,实质是大学生意义建构的断裂。对此,学校要抓住入学的关键时期,调适好大学生的文化心态,加强不同文化的交流融合,为大学生文化适应创设更加有利的文化环境,推动大学生完成文化适应的意义建构。
In the psychological and behavior,minority college students are on the rejection of the Chinese culture as the main campus culture,there are different levels of cultural barriers to adaptation.The phenomenon of college students′cultural adaptability is not only the initiative of the mother culture,but also the implicit exclusion of the mainstream culture.Cultural barriers to adaptation originate from the conflict of college students′cognitive schema,the self-selection of college students is the inner motivation,but the essence is the fault of the construction of college students′meaning.In this regard,the school should seize the critical period of admission,adjust the cultural mentality of college students,strengthen the integration of different cultures,to create a more favorable cultural environment for college students′cultural adaptation,to promote the students to complete the cultural adaptation of the meaning of the construction.
