摘要 云南农村特岗教师身份认同是一个充满困惑与不断坚守的过程。通过对20名特岗教师的访谈,并遴选出7份访谈资料做质性处理,发现云南农村特岗教师在个体身份认同、人际身份认同、集体身份认同等方面存在纠结、矛盾、困惑甚至危机,但也在不断解决困惑的过程中,深化了对教师职业和特岗教师群体的认识。身份认同的纠结、矛盾、困惑与危机不断解决又反复出现,势必会对云南农村特岗教师群体的稳定及其发展产生不利影响,当引起相关部门高度重视。 Status identification of Special Post teachers in Yunnan rural areas is an experience full of perplexity and con stant persistence. Interviews with 20 Special Post teachers and 7 among them picked out for qualitative studies found: They underwent entanglements, contradictions, confusions and even crises in their self--status identification, social relation, and sense of belonging with the Special Post Teachers as a group. Although solving the perplexities and crisis helped them un derstand their roles as a teacher and strengthened their sense of belonging to the teachers group, their prevalent occurrence will harm the stability and further development of Special Post Teachers. Relevant government departments should pay par ticular attention to this issue.
