妇科门诊患者阴道毛滴虫及其病毒感染情况分析

Analysis of the Trichomonas Vaginalis and Trichomonas Vaginalis Virus Infection in Gynecological Outpatients

目的了解妇科门诊患者阴道毛滴虫(trichomonas vaginalis,TV)及阴道毛滴虫病毒(trichomonas vaginalis virus,TVV)感染情况及感染因素。方法对就诊于遵义医学院附属医院妇科门诊的3 321例患者进行调查,通过形态学及分子生物学方法鉴定TV及TVV感染情况,使用2检验对检出率和感染因素进行统计分析。结果 3 321例患者中TV阳性数为76例,检出率为2.29%。30～39岁患者检出率最高,达4.16%(39/937);不同职业中农民组检出率最高,达3.60%(34/945);有良好卫生习惯的女性检出率较低。TV在培养基中生长良好,未筛选出TVV。结论 TV感染率相对较低,感染以中年期女性居多,与职业、个人卫生习惯等密切相关。在体外成功培养出TV,但未找到携病毒株。

Objective To investigate the incidence rates and predisposing factors of the trichomonas vaginalis （TV） and trichomonas vaginalis virus （TVV） infection in gynecological outpatients. Methods A total of 3,321 cases of gynecological outpatients were investigated, the TV and TVV infection was identified by morphological examination and molecular biology testing, and the infection factors were statistically analyzed by 2 test. Results There were 76 positive cases with a infection rate of 2.29% among the investigated 3,321 cases. The highest infection rate of 4.16% was detected in the subjects aged from 30 to 39 years old. In addition,the infection rate of 3.60% was found in the farmer group and it, was the highest in terms of occupations. The infection rate in the women with good health habits was relatively low. TV grew well in the culture medium but the relevant virus strain was not screened out. Conclusion The infection rate of TV was relatively low. The infection occurred mainly among middle-aged women and it was closely related to occupations and personal hygiene habits TV was cultivated successfully, but TVV was not found in vitro.
