Survey on the Readiness for Hospital Discharge and Its Influencing Factors Among Patients with Permanent Cardiac Pacemaker Implantation

目的探索永久起搏器植入患者出院准备度现状及影响因素。方法采用自编问卷、出院准备度量表及出院指导质量量表调查四川大学华西医院心血管内科2017年9-12月永久起搏器植入患者135例。结果永久起搏器植入患者出院准备度总分(85.74±13.54)分,出院指导质量总分(102.26±15.52)分,多元线性回归结果最终显示,出院后是否有专人照顾(t=2.404,P=0.018)及出院指导质量(t=9.483,P<0.001)是影响永久起搏器植入患者出院准备度的因素。结论永久起搏器植入患者出院准备度呈中等水平,医护人员应意识到对患者进行出院指导的重要性,加强社会支持缺乏患者的健康教育,开展出院指导时注意指导内容的专科性与指导技巧的多样性。

Objective To explore the readiness for hospital discharge and its influencing factors among patients with permanent cardiac pacemaker implantation. Methods A survey was conducted to investigate the 135 patients with permanent cardiac pacemaker implantation treated in West China Hospital of Sichuan University from September of 2017 to December of 2017 by using the general information questionnaire, the Readiness for Hospital Discharge Scale and the Quality of Discharge Teaching Scale. Results The total scores of the Readiness for Hospital Discharge are （85.74±13.54） and those of the Quality of Discharge Teaching are （102.26±15.52）. The multiple linear regression analysis showed that the special support after discharge （ t =2.404, P =0.018） and the quality of discharge teaching （ t =9.483, P 〈0.001） were two main influencing factors. Conclusion The readiness for hospital discharge among patients with permanent cardiac pacemaker implantation is at a medium level, so the medical staff should be aware of the importance of the discharge teaching for patients, strengthen the health education of patients who are lack of social support, and pay more attention to the specialty and diversity of the discharge teaching.
