Research on Role and Limitations of International Organizations in International Law Enforcement and Security Cooperation——Take the International Criminal Police Organization as an Example

在国际执法安全合作领域,国家间的合作存在诸多困境,而国际组织在其中一直发挥着不可或缺的作用。结合新自由制度主义与全球治理理论,探讨全球执法安全合作领域中的合作困境,以国际刑警组织为代表的国际组织的作用及其局限性,以及国际组织如何发挥作用以缓解困境、促进合作。

In the field of international law enforcement and security cooperation, there are many difficuhies in the cooperation among different countries. International organizations have been playing an indispensable role in this field. Based on neoliberal institutionalism and global governance theory, this paper explores the difficuhies of coop- eration in the field, the roles and limitations of international organizations, represented by Interpol as well as how they alleviate cooperation difficuhies, promote cooperation.
