近年来,各国通力合作,接连侦破多起跨境电信诈骗的重案、大案,成绩斐然,却未能有效遏制跨境电信诈骗发案数连年递增的趋势。在传统警务模式打击跨境电信诈骗遭遇边际效能的困境之时,基于大数据的预测警务以全面、准确、客观的分析结果指导警察机构对犯罪进行事前准确干预和事后迅速处置,切断其资金链,从根本上对其进行打击。
