Study of Integrating Heroic Spirit into Ideological and Political Education of Police College Students

新时代公安英模精神的时代内涵表现在"忠""勇""智""义""严"五个方面。公安英模与公安院校大学生毕业后职业上的一致性,使得公安英模精神对公安院校大学生更具有吸引力,从而能够形成强烈的榜样示范、精神引领和价值牵引作用。公安院校应努力构建"英模进校园、功臣进课堂、师生去实践"的立体化英模精神育人格局。

The connotation of Heroic Spirit is embodied in five aspects, namely “loyalty”, “courage”, “wisdom”, “justice” and “strictness” in the new era. Police college students will take up the same career as these heroes after graduation, so they tend to take these police heroes as their role models. As a result, heroic spirit becomes very attractive to them, playing the role of, spiritual guidance and value leading. Police colleges should strive to build a three - dimensional heroic spirit educational pattern of “inviting heroes to the campus and the classroom, mobilizing teachers and students to put heroic spirit into practice”.
