军队院校思想政治“微教育”问题与解决路径研究

网络微载体的迅速发展给军队院校思想政治教育带来了新情况、新任务,习近平强调思想政治教育必然要占领这个新阵地,取得话语权,创新思想政治教育模式,发挥微载体的优势。目前,军队院校思想政治"微教育"模式存在平台利用率不高、学员互动意愿不强、微平台的影响力和感召力不够等问题,主要是由于军队院校思想政治教育理念和阵地意识不强,能力和精力不足,支持、监管、约束的政策和制度不够,需要重塑全面的具有微理念和微能力的微骨干队伍,构建全面立体的思想政治"微教育"体系,打造良好的思想政治"微教育"环境。

he rapid development of network micro - carriers has brought new situation, new public opinions and new tasks to the ideological and political education of military colleges. Xi Jinping stresses that the ideological and political education must occupy this new position, obtain discursive power, innovate the political education model and take the advantages of micro - carriers. However, there exist several problems nowadays. For example, low utilization rate of network in military college ideological and political education, students’ unwillingness to communicate, and insufficient influence and attractiveness of the military college ideological and political education platform. The reasons are various, including weak awareness of the military college ideological and political education concept and position, inadequate capacity and energy of the staff, and insufficient policies and institutions to support, supervise and constrain the education network. Therefore, this paper proposes some approaches like establishing a core of well - trained staff with the concept and capacity of micro - era, setting up an effective “network” for ideological and political education to build a good network environment for the ideological and political education.
