团体心理干预对综合性医院临床护士焦虑抑郁的影响

EFFECT OF PSYCHOLOGICAL GROUP INTERVENTION ON ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION OF CLINICAL NURSES IN A GENERAL HOSPITAL

目的探讨团体心理干预对综合性医院临床护士焦虑及抑郁心理的影响。方法采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)对某医院383名护士进行筛查,筛查出SAS、SDS评分超出常模的护士104名,以随机数字表法分为观察组(53名)和对照组(51名)。观察组进行每周1次、每次2h、共12周的综合团体心理干预,对照组仅参加其中的心理专题讲座。比较两组护士干预前后SAS、SDS评分,进行效果评价。结果实施团体心理干预后,观察组的SAS、SDS评分明显低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(t=14.653、25.927,P<0.05);观察组干预前后SAS、SDS评分变化较对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(t=14.720、25.282,P<0.05)。结论团体心理干预能够有效缓解护士的焦虑及抑郁心理,改善其心理健康状况,在综合性医院有很好的可行性。

Objective To investigate psychological group intervention on the anxiety and depression of clinical nurses in a general hospital. Methods A total of 383 nurses in a general hospital were screened using the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and Self-Rating Depression Scale （SDS）. Screening results revealed 104 subjects with scores that exceeded the normal range; they were randomly assigned to two groups： observation group （ n =53） and control group （ n =51）. Subjects in the observation group were given a 2-hour psychological group intervention every week for twelve weeks, while the subjects in the control group participated in psychological lectures only. The SAS and SDS scores of two groups before and after the intervention were collected for comparison, and the effect of the intervention was evaluated. Results After psychological group intervention, the observation group showed significant reductions in SAS and SDS scores （ t =14.653 and 25.927, P 〈0.05）, and had significantly greater changes in SAS and SDS scores than the control group （ t =14.720 and 25.282, P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Psychological group intervention can effectively alleviate the anxiety and depression of nurses and improve their mental health, which is applicable in general hospitals.
