中频电疗法联合常规康复对颈肩腰腿痛的治疗效果

CLINICAL EFFECT OF INTERMEDIATE-FREQUENCY ELECTROTHERAPY COMBINED WITH ROUTINE REHABILITATION IN TREATMENT OF NECK,SHOULDER,LOWER BACK,AND LEG PAIN

目的探讨中频电疗法治疗颈肩腰腿痛的效果。方法选取我院2013年1月—2016年1月收治的120例颈肩腰腿痛病人,随机数字表法分为联合组和常规组,各60例。两组均采用常规基础康复治疗措施,联合组同时采用中频电疗法辅助治疗,疗程6周。比较两组治疗前后视觉模拟疼痛(VAS)评分、颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)及临床疗效。结果治疗前两组颈部、肩部、腰部、腿部VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组颈部、肩部、腰部、腿部VAS评分均较治疗前显著降低(t=3.905～7.204,P<0.05),联合组颈部、肩部、腰部、腿部疼痛VAS评分治疗前后差值高于常规组(t=2.663～4.786,P<0.05)。治疗前两组NDI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后NDI评分均较治疗前显著降低(t=11.750、16.192,P<0.05),联合组NDI评分治疗前后差值高于常规组(t=5.731,P<0.05)。联合组的临床疗效优于常规组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(Z=2.572,P<0.05)。结论中频电疗法结合常规疗法治疗颈肩腰腿痛效果较好,能显著改善病人的疼痛症状。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of intermediate-frequency electrotherapy in the treatment of neck, shoulder, lower back, and leg pain. Methods A total of 120 patients with neck, shoulder, lower back, and leg pain who were admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to January 2016 were enrolled and divided into combination group and routine group using a random number table, with 60 patients in each group. The patients in the combination group were given routine rehabilitation combined with intermediate-frequency electrotherapy, and those in the routine group were given routine rehabilitation alone. The course of treatment was 6 weeks for both groups. The two groups were compared in terms of Visual Analogue Pain （VAS） score and Neck Dysfunction Index （NDI） before and after treatment and clinical outcome after treatment. Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the VAS scores of the neck, shoulder, lower back, and leg between the two groups （ P 〉0.05）; after treatment, both groups had significant reductions in the VAS scores of the neck, shoulder, lower back, and leg （ t =3.905-7.204, P 〈0.05）, and the routine group had significantly greater reductions than the combination group （ t =2.663- 4.786 , P 〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in NDI between the two groups before treatment （ P 〉0.05）; after treatment, both groups had a significant reduction in NDI （ t =11.750 and 16.192, P 〈0.05）, and the combination group had a significantly greater reduction than the routine group （ t =5.731, P 〈0.05）. The combination group had a significantly better clinical outcome than the routine group （ Z =2.572, P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Intermediate-frequency electrotherapy combined with conventional therapies has a good clinical effect in the treatment of neck, shoulder, lower back, and leg pain and can significantly improve patients’ pain symptoms.
