摘要
探讨运动干预方案对肥胖大学生体质健康水平及心理指标的影响。方法:选取合肥师范学院非体育专业单纯性肥胖大学生41人(其中男22人、女19人),进行为期15周的中等强度"有氧运动+力量练习"运动干预实验;实验前后测试受试者各项指标,并对结果进行比较和分析(43个身体健康指标和9个心理健康指标)。结果:实施运动干预后肥胖大学生在体形态、体成分、心肺机能、身体素质、心理健康等各项量化指标均有所变化,且多项指标存在显著差异。结论:15周的运动干预实验可以改善肥胖大学生的体形态和体成分,提高心肺机能和身体素质,促进心理健康。
To explore the effect of exercise intervention program on physical health and psychological indexes of obese college students. Methods: Forty- one overweight college students (22 males and 19 females) from Hefei normal university who majored in non - physical education were selected for 15 weeks of moderate intensity " aerobic exercise + strength exercise" exercise inter- vention experiment. The subjects were tested before and after the experiment, and the resuhs were compared and analyzed (43 in- dicators of physical health and 9 indicators of mental health). Results: After the exercise intervention, the quantitative indexes of body shape, body composition, cardiopulmonary function, physical quality and mental health of obese college students all changed, and there were significant differences in many indexes. Conclusion: The 15 -week exercise intervention experiment can improve body shape and body composition of obese college students, improve eardiopulmonary function and physical fitness, and promote mental health.
