摘要
为了能够更好的提高运动员成绩,不断探索新的训练方法,创作优异的运动成绩。本研究通过多年的训练经验总结,运用文献资料法、访谈法、实验法、数理统计法,对延边自治州短道速滑队的12名运动员进行沙滩训练,在沙滩训练前后对运动员的速度素质、力量素质、速度耐力素质以及运动成绩进行测试,并对测试数据进行统计。结论:(1)通过对短道速滑运动员进行6周的沙滩训练,短道速滑运动员速度素质具有显著的提高,表现为,运动员实验后30m、100m成绩较试验前有明显的提高(p<0.05)。(2)通过对短道速滑运动员进行6周的沙滩训练,短道速滑运动员力量素质具有显著的提高,表现为,运动员实验后立定跳远成绩、单脚侧向跳成绩、滑跳成绩较试验前有明显的提高(p<0.05)。(3)通过对短道速滑运动员进行6周的沙滩训练,短道速滑运动员速度耐力素质具有显著的提高,表现为,运动员实验后400m成绩、100m屈腿快走成绩较试验前有明显的提高(p<0.05)。(4)通过对短道速滑运动员进行6周的沙滩训练,短道速滑运动员速度耐力运动成绩具有显著的提高,表现为,运动员实验后500m成绩、1000m、1500m成绩较试验前有明显的提高(p<0.05)。
In order to better improve athletes'performance, we constantly explore new training methods and create excellent sports performance. This study summarizes through years of training experience, using the literature data method, interview method, ex- perimental method, mathematical statistics method, Conducted beach training for 12 athletes in the short track speed skating team in Yanbian Autonomous Prefecture. Conclusion: ( 1 ) Through 6 weeks beach training, the speed quality of Short Track Speed Skating athletes has been improved significantly, to be specific, athletes'performance in 30 m, 100m race has been significantly improved (p 〈 0.05 ). (2)Through 6 weeks beach training, the power quality of Short Track Speed Skating athletes has been improved significantly, to be specific, athletes'performance in Standing Long Jump, Single -leg Lateral Hop and Slide Jump has been significantly improved( p 〈 0.05 ). (3) Through 6 weeks beach training, the speed tolerance of Short Track Speed Skating athletes has been improved significantly, to be specific, athletes'performance in 400m race, 100 m brisk walking (leg curl) has been significantly improved ( p 〈 0.05 ). (4) Through 6 weeks beach training, the performance of Short Track Speed Skating athletes has been improved significantly, to be specific, athletes'performance in 500m race, 1000m race and 1500 in race has been significantly improved( p 〈0.05 ).
