摘要
通过实证分析与规范分析,旨在探究我国冰雪体育赛事产业发展现状、影响因素及冰雪体育赛事发展策略。研究发现我国冰雪体育赛事存在赛事组织机构不清,赛事运营管理不善,专业人才短缺以及赛事IP平台搭建不足等问题,受地区或地域资源分布、参与群体规模、各地区政府或社会组织承接运营赛事的能力、相关人才储备、地区冰雪品牌文化等因素影响。建议冰雪体育赛事组织机构坚持多元化融合,重视文化、民俗等特色融合,积极搭建赛事平台,发挥互联网媒介优势,实现"一赛多热"的产业景象,并加强人才梯队建设,打造综合型人才,利用冬奥会契机,创建自主品牌。
Through empirical analysis and normative analysis, this paper aims to explore the current situation of ice and snow sports industry in China, the influencing factors and the development strategy of ice and snow sports events. The study found that the ice and snow sports events in China have some problems, such as unclear organization of events, poor management of events, shortage of professional personnel and insufficient construction of IP platform, and so on, due to the distribution of regional or re- gional resources, and the scale of participating groups. Regional governments or social organizations to undertake the ability to op- erate the event, related talent reserves, regional ice and snow brand cuhure and other factors. It is suggested that the organizing organizations of ice and snow sports events should adhere to the pluralistic integration, attach importance to the integration of cul- ture and folklore, and actively set up the events. Platform, exert the advantage of Internet medium, realize the industry scene of " one competition more hot" , and strengthen the construction of talent echelon, build the comprehensive talent, utilize the oppor- tunity of Winter Olympics, and create the independent brand.
