摘要
传统的子宫内膜癌(endometrial carcinoma,EC)分类是根据临床和内分泌特征(分为:Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型)或组织病理学特征(分为:子宫内膜样、浆液性或透明细胞腺癌)进行的。不同分类系统的亚型之间存在一定程度的相关性,但肿瘤的生物学、病理和分子特征与这两种分类系统都有很大的异质性,且根据组织形态学标准对EC进行分类的重复性有限,因此需要更好的方法来区分这些肿瘤。本文综述了EC传统的分类和新的基因组学分类方法,旨在识别子宫内膜癌不同组织学亚型的分子改变,优化子宫内膜癌的分类。
Traditional classification of endometrial carcinoma( EC) is based either on clinical and endocrine features( divide into: Types Ⅰ and Ⅱ) or on histopathological characteristics( divide into: Endometrioid,serous or clear-cell adenocarcinoma). Subtypes defined by the different classification systems correlate to some extent,but there is substantial heterogeneity in biological,pathological and molecular features within tumor types from both classification systems. Classification of EC by histomorphologic criteria has limited reproducibilit and better tools are needed to distinguish these tumors. In this review we provide an overview of traditional classification and newer genomic classification of EC,aim to identify molecular changes of different histologic subtypes and improve the classification of EC.
